To motivate students to keep on rope skipping, thus developing a heart healthy lifestyle.

There are a total of 5 levels, namely red, green, yellow, silver and gold.

The entry criteria and skills requirements are different for each level.

(i)	Red Badge
(ii)	Green Badge
(iii)	Yellow Badge
(iv)	Silver Badge
(v)	Gold Badge

*** Assessments of yellow, silver and gold badges include health promotional projects. Details please refer to the "Star Program Passport".

Each participant will be given a "Star Program Passport" to record the assessment results. Those who successfully completed a specific level would be awarded a certificate and a souvenir badge. Bring together the five badges can make a magnificent picture!

Assessments should be arranged and supervised by teachers who have completed the "Elementary Rope Skipping Instructor Certificate Course" organized by the Hong Kong College of Cardiology. Other teachers and upper-form students may assist. List of qualified assessors
