HOME > ELEMENTARY ROPE SKIPPING INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE COURSE

In order to introduce the Jump Rope for Heart Program and the Star Program to teachers and train them the skills of teaching rope skipping, the Hong Kong College of Cardiology organizes elementary rope skipping instructor certificate course periodically. It is a one-day workshop with both theoretical and practical sessions. Those complete the workshop will be awarded a certificate and become a qualified "Star Program Assessor".

28 instructor certificate courses were held in the past ten years. There are now 2455 qualified assessors. List of qualified assessors
