The Jump Rope for Heart Inter-school Rope Skipping Competition is held annually, with the objective to motivate our young generation to do regular exercise and to provide an occasion for students to interchange and share their skipping skills with others.

This year, the competition was held successfully on 9 July (Sat) & 10 July (Sun) 2011at Lai Chi Kok Park Sports Centre 25 primary (Novice), 27 primary (B), 9 Primary (A) & 20 secondary school teams competed for the championships and other awards. Their remarkable performances really amazed the audience. Results please refer to the table below.
