An Elementary Rope Skipping Instructor Certificate Course was held on 27 November 2011 (Sunday) at TWGHs Sin Chu Wan Primary School. List of qualified assessors The Coming Instructor Course will probably be held in November 2009. Details will be announced in due course.

The Jump Rope for Heart Inter-school Rope Skipping Competition is held annually, with the objective to motivate our young generation to do regular exercise and to provide an occasion for students to interchange and share their skipping skills with others.
